Happy birthdy (week) to me!

Good morning, darlings!

To honor my Birthday last year, I spent a week posting some of my favorite jewels of all time. That was delightful and I’m glad I did it. This year, what I really want for my birthday – perhaps because I’m now a year older? – is a little bit of a vacation.

Not a vacation from you, because you know how I adore you! But I’ve decided that my birthday present to myself will be reducing my responsibilities for seven days. Tragically, my day job doesn’t offer “but it’s my birthday!” leave, so that means my best option to add more me time into this week is a blog break.
