The star of this ring is a creamy, baby pink 12 mm conch pearl. The 18-karat pink gold setting – adorned with 3.71 carats of white diamonds and 0.99 carats of pink diamonds – cradles the exceptional pearl gently, accentuating its beauty without overshadowing it.
I love the organic feel of this setting; it strikes me as perfectly appropriate for a pearl to be set in a ring that looks like it could have grown naturally, perhaps sprouting out of some fabulous sea coral.
What do you think? Are you with me on this setting, or would you prefer to see something more traditional?
