Good morning, my darlings!
This week is crazy (lots of exciting things going on!) so I didn’t have time to finish the blog post I had originally planned to publish today…but I still wanted to give you something pretty to look at. Therefore, please enjoy these glorious necklaces from Sutra!

Both light and lovely, but so very glamorous.
On the left, we have the Mother Earth necklace: a luscious 5 carat opal doublet surrounded by 4 carats of emeralds, 6 carats of sapphires, and 1.4 carats of diamonds. Colorful and enthralling.
On the right, we have a monochromatic stunner, the Peacock feather necklace. This elegant piece features 8 carats of diamonds in the feather and three more in the diamond-accented chain. Not too shabby.
This baby has a completely different vibe and I’m super into its bold look.
This tassel necklace comes from Sutra’s Black & White Collection, which explains the color scheme. It features a geometric, articulated tassel in 18K white and black gold with 2.5 carats of black diamonds and 0.5 carats of white diamonds. So glam!!
And a bonus!
This one might appear to be subtle because of its color scheme, but that’s some major carat firepower. This is the rough diamond Y necklace by Sutra and it blazes with 105 carats of rough diamonds and 15 carats of faceted diamonds.
Aren’t they all glorious? Sutra as a brand is an eternal master of glamour and these beauties are a perfect example.
Which necklace is your favorite?? I’m drawn to the tassel, because I love tassels, things that move, and things with an Art Deco vibe…but the Mother Earth necklace is such wonderful gemstone colors, and the rough diamond Y necklace’s understated spectacle is highly seductive.
What do you think, my dears?
And by the way: I’m going to be doing an interview on Liz Kantner’s Instagram Live tomorrow!! Keep an eye on my IG for more details soon.

I thought we’d kick things off with one of my very favorite, extremely wearable finds of the show.
Roule and Co was one of the most talked-about brands at Couture 2016, and for good reason: their whimsical, mesmerizing style, which centers around gemstones trapped in geometric cages, is as fun as it is impeccably crafted.
I’ve said before – and will probably say again – that I don’t generally get excited about pearls. There are exceptions to that rule, however.
This necklace from Caratell is a modern fairy tale dream of a piece. Light and comfortable to wear, its extraordinary beauty comes from the fact that the flower petals are made out of anodized titanium. With that rainbow iridescence as a centerpiece, the necklace flows outward in elegant angles graced with diamond buds and leaves. A glamorous, refreshing take on the classic floral motif.
