This is just the prettiest little engagement ring I ever did see.
I don’t normally go for gold engagement rings, but the lacy filigree and mixed-metal loveliness of this one charms me right down to my boots.
This ring is listed as “vintage” but not dated any more specifically than that. It’s made of platinum over 14 karat yellow gold. A .25 carat European cut diamond is bead set into a hexagonal head on top of a spectacular yellow gold filigree mounting.
The filigree, as you can see, continues all around the ring and then phases into fluted engraving on the shank.
