I have an enormous crush on these Cathy Waterman pink sapphire earrings. This will not surprise anyone who’s ever met me. Allow me to show you:

These lovelies are made of 22 karat gold. The “Arabesque” frames are set with white diamond and four small pink sapphires. Inside the frames are two fabulous 29.5 carat pink sapphires.

Cathy Waterman diamond and pink sapphire bangle.

Cathy Waterman is a favorite jewelry designer of mine. Her work has an unmistakable elegant, ethereal touch; as you may remember from when we’ve looked at her designs in the past.

This is one of the larger pieces of hers I’ve seen – a gold bangle, hinge clasp, with diamond and pink sapphire embellished flowers. It could have been cheesy or saccharine but it’s so elegant that it hits just the right note of sweetness. I can’t help but think how lovely this would be as part of a bridal ensemble.

This delicate bracelet is set with 152 round brilliant cut diamonds and 8 pink sapphires. Just look at the lovely detailing in the gold on the top and bottom. Perfection.
