Nightstand: Ask Me How I Got Here by Christine Heppermann. A cool concept, beautifully executed. A free verse novel about a teenage girl who faces a hard decision, and what making that choice does to the rest of her life.
Coffee table: An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir. I’m only a little ways into this but I’m loving it so far.
In a blanket nest: The Rogue Not Taken by Sarah MacLean. A new book by an eternal favorite. Definitely good, but not destined to eclipse any of her previous work as a new favorite (for me, at least).
